

Love Life, Love Sleep.
Quality of sleep and how you function go hand in hand. Do you agree that when you don't get a good night's sleep, it impacts how you feel, and how you function? Love life, love sleep - how one sleeps affects their daily life, and I love helping mamas get part of their lives back! I believe that all children (and mommas!) need restful and rejuvenating sleep in order to be at their best during the day. My goal is to teach you to teach your child independent sleep habits so they can fall asleep on their own, and stay asleep throughout the night.
I will ensure parents are as comfortable as can be when using my methods to sleep train their baby. I will basically hold your hand through the entire process to reach your sleep goals.
